As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front — overseeing a team of Senior and Field Sales Agents as they go door-to-door in pre-designated areas, connecting customers with EE’s market-leading broadband solutions. You’ll drive performance, coach your team to success, and ensure high standards across every interaction. With a focus on results, people development, and customer experience, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the community.

As a Senior Field Sales Agent, you’ll lead a team of 3 in the field, going door-to-door in pre-designated areas to connect customers with EE’s cutting-edge broadband solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success — motivating, coaching, and selling alongside them. Working closely with your Sales Manager, you’ll help shape strategy, hit targets, and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.
