As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front — overseeing a team of Senior and Field Sales Agents as they go door-to-door in pre-designated areas, connecting customers with EE’s market-leading broadband solutions. You’ll drive performance, coach your team to success, and ensure high standards across every interaction. With a focus on results, people development, and customer experience, you’ll play a key role in growing our presence in the community.

Salary up to £32k + bonus and commission

As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you’ll lead a small team in the field, going door-to-door in pre-designated areas to connect customers with EE’s cutting-edge broadband solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind your team’s success — motivating, coaching, and selling alongside them. Working closely with your Sales Manager, you’ll help shape strategy, hit targets, and ensure your team delivers an exceptional customer experience every day.

Salary £28k + uncapped commission

You’ll work as part of a close-knit team, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping people. With support from your Senior Sales Agent and Sales Manager, you’ll develop your skills, hit your targets, and make a real impact in your community.

Salary £25k + uncapped commission
